Reflecting on my actions is a constant thought bubble through-out my day. If a task is completed well, I’ll reflect on how I can work more officiate next time. Every task has room for improvement. My goal is to never stop learning as the world is always changing. Learning comes with trying new things, asking questions and accepting the occational falls. When a project is presented to me, I will completed it through no matter the time it takes, it usually involves a lot of coffee. I want my work to show my dedication. My pace is fast but will slow down to understand others. Having work in management positions for a few years has taught me how to delicate work, have patience and make the work load fair for everyone. Communicate is key.
